  Delivery

  We deliver across Pakistan with a standard shipping timeline of 4-5 working days. However, during sales or peak seasons, delivery may take 7-10 working days.

  • Shipping Fee: A flat rate of Rs.199 applies to all orders.
  • International Shipping: Orders are processed within 1-2 working days and shipped within 4-6 days. During sales, it may take 8-12 working days.
  • Payment Methods: Only Credit/Debit Card payments are accepted for international orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  Return & Exchange Policy We accept exchanges within 14 days from the delivery date for items in original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and invoices intact. 🔹 Exchanges are NOT applicable for: ✔️ Discounted or promotional items ✔️ Damaged products due to negligence or mishandling ✔️ "Change of mind" requests ✔️ Items out of stock 📌 Damaged or Stolen Products: If your order arrives damaged (broken frames, scratched lenses) or the package appears tampered with (broken seal, missing items), please contact us within 14 days.   Refund Policy Refunds are not applicable for both local and international orders. However, we offer exchanges based on stock availability. 🔹 For defective or damaged items, the product will undergo inspection before processing the exchange. 🔹 Lost Packages: If a package is lost in transit, it may take 4-5 working days to locate or replace the order.

  Order Cancellations Orders can be canceled before processing. AKAmart reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Pricing errors
  • Technical issues
  • Shipping cost discrepancies
